Beef tongue with red wine and fresh vegetables stewed to ensure the original taste of beef tongue

Beef tongue is marinated for 48 hours with red wine and fresh vegetables and herbs, and then boiled with brine to make the taste of beef tongue more delicious. It is Fried to the outside and tender inside, and then cooked to make the meat soft and tender.
